The Iconic Style of Film Photographer Saul Leiter $499
Saul Leiter was a pioneer of color photography, decades ahead of his time, whose work reshaped how artists view color.
His photographs are held in the collections of the Whitney Museum, MoMA, and the Art Institute of Chicago, and his book Early Color is now considered a landmark in photographic history. His photographic work is worth millions today.
Leiter frequently worked with Kodachrome 64, a film used from the 1930’s - 2009 before digital came onto the scene. Before Kodachrome, color photography was complex and often resulted in very dull images.
Immortalized in pop culture, notably by Paul Simon's 1973 song "Kodachrome". We suggest wearing red, yellow and blue color tones for deeply saturated colorful results.

As we now head back to the Moon 50 years later with NASA's Artemis mission, we are inspired by the spirit of exploration and the legendary photography that documented humanity’s original journey to the Moon.
We capture families and couples here in a way that is truly authentic, and feels timeless and deeply personal.
Select sessions are photographed using Kodak Ektachrome film, the modern descendant of the film used during the Apollo missions, paired with our signature Leica APO 50mm lens — optics trusted in space exploration. The result is photography that feels less like a vacation snapshot and more like a moment in your family’s history.
